Starks Law Firm was founded in 2024 and is led by Sam Starks, an experienced litigation attorney with over 25 years of civil trial and appellate court experience in local, state, and federal courts in Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
Sam’s experience includes government liability, insurance law, property rights, premises liability, police misconduct, prisoner rights, consumer rights, environmental torts, automobile liability, automobile and trucking accident liability, wrongful death, and general personal injury.
Throughout his legal career, Sam has tried cases in state and federal court and has served as counsel in numerous cases involving multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of victims of personal injury and property damages.
